Texas Bass Hunters is a 501(c)(3) student fishing team — built on sportsmanship, conservation, leadership and a shared love of fishing. Our organization is run on community support, bringing together familes, local businesses, and volunteers who believe in createing opportunities for the next generation of anglers.
About
We're a volunteer led, parent-supported bass fishing team competing on lakes across Texas. But the scoreboard isn't really the mission. Kids who fish learn to read water, read weather, and read patience — skills that don't show up on a report card but change how they show up everywhere else.
We're a registered nonprofit, which means every dollar raised goes directly back to the angler providing educational programs, operations and the mission to provide opportunities for youth anglers. Our goal is to never have an angler sits out a tournament due to lack of funds.
Tournaments
Texas Bass Hunters competes in every event on the Texas High School Bass Association (THSBA) calendar this season — the full Houston Division schedule, plus the regional and state championship.
